But he hasn't just watched. He's built businesses, invested in real estate, traded stocks and options, and spent years learning the alternative investment landscape firsthand. He's not teaching this from a whiteboard. He's actively managing his own portfolio of income-producing assets across multiple vehicles right now.

No. There's nothing to sell you on this call beyond what you've already read on this page. The call exists to understand your specific situation and build something real around it. If there's a next step that makes sense after - we'll tell you what it is and why. If there isn't - we'll tell you that too.
What do I need to prepare before the call?
Nothing formal. We'll have a discovery call with you before your strategy session and get everything we need from you to come up with a clear path for you. You'll hear from us between now and your call date with ideas for what to bring to the call. Come ready to tell us who you actually are. That's the only preparation that matters.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready for this yet?
That's exactly the kind of thing we'll figure out together. You don't need to be ready you need to be honest. If you're not at the right stage yet we'll tell you that and point you toward the right next step.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a Calendly confirmation with your call details. Then you'll hear from us -not a questionnaire, a real introduction. By the time we get on the call you'll already know who we are and how we think.
How do I know the strategy you give me will actually fit my situation?
Because we don't give everyone the same strategy. The entire call is built around understanding your specific situation first. We dive into knowing your capital, your skills, your risk tolerance, your timeline, and who you actually are at your core. We've deployed capital across multiple vehicles and know what fits different profiles at different stages. We've built our own income streams from a starting point most people would recognize - your standard take home pay from your job. Between the two of us we've been in a lot of different situations. The goal of the call is to find the one that fits yours.
Why does this cost $497?
Because we're not selling you an hour of our time. We're building something specific to you - your number, your right next step, your strategy for right now, and a written roadmap with your next steps. The $497 also ensures that the people who book are serious enough to show up and do the work. You will get out of this what you put into it. We're going to bring our very best and we need the same from you.

Most coaches will take anyone's money. We never appreciated that, and we won't do that to you.

If we get on the Discovery call and it becomes clear that a deep strategy session isn't the right next step for you right now we'll tell you that honestly. Instead, we'll point you toward what the right next step really looks like for you.
