What exactly happens after I join?
You'll get immediate access to the Circle community, a short onboarding flow that tells us where you are on your journey, and your first Freedom Dispatch newsletter. Within your first week you'll have found your Escape Room, introduced yourself in Freedom Floor, and downloaded your first resource from the Vault.
Is this just another Facebook group?
It isn't. The Freedom Builders Community is built on Circle. It's a purpose-designed platform where real work happens. It's organized into focused spaces, runs on a real weekly rhythm, and has Jonathan and Roy in the room every month. Nobody is selling you anything inside.
What if I'm not sure which investment path is right for me yet?
That's exactly who this is for. The "Just Getting Started" Escape Room exists specifically for people who aren't ready to pick a path. The community will help you figure that out alongside people who were in the same place recently.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments beyond the current month. That said, we've found that once people find their people, they don't want to leave. The archive alone becomes reason enough to stay.

These Community Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and participation in the online community hosted by Freedom Strategies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") on the Circle platform (the "Community"). By subscribing to the Community and accessing our exclusive content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Disclaimer (Educational Purposes Only; Not Financial Advice)
Freedom Strategies LLC provides wealth strategy planning and educational content. We are not acting as a financial advisor and are not providing financial advice. We are not licensed financial advisors, certified public accountants, or investment brokers.
Educational and Strategy Purposes Only: All information, strategies, and materials shared within the Community are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided in the Community (including templates, examples, checklists, workflows, presentations, or discussions) should be construed as personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
No Advisor Relationship: Your participation in the Community does not create a financial advisor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and the Company.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific financial results, income levels, or success. Your results depend on your own actions, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
Risk Assumption: You acknowledge that all financial strategies involve risk, including the risk of loss. You agree to consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.
2. Membership Agreement (Subscription, Billing, Cancellation)
Monthly Recurring Subscription: Access to the Community is provided on a subscription basis for a recurring fee of $37.00 per month (the “Subscription”).
Automatic Billing: By joining, you authorize the Company (and/or its payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (typically every 30 days) unless and until you cancel.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings on the Circle platform. Cancellation will stop future renewals and will take effect at the end of your then-current billing period. You will retain access through the end of that billing period.
No Refunds / No Proration: All payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or missed sessions.
3. Community Conduct
To maintain a high-quality environment for all members, you agree to the following:
Prohibited Behavior: You shall not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, doxxing, spamming, or other disruptive behavior.
No Solicitation: You may not use the Community to pitch your own products, services, or multi-level marketing schemes to other members without the Company’s express written consent.
Enforcement / Removal: The Company reserves the right to suspend or remove any member, at the Company’s sole discretion, for disruptive behavior or violations of these Terms (or for any other conduct the Company determines is harmful to the Community).
No Refunds for Removal: If you are removed from the Community for disruptive behavior or violations of these Terms, no refunds (including partial refunds) will be provided.
4. Intellectual Property
Company Content is Proprietary: All materials provided within the Community—including but not limited to videos, PDFs, strategy guides, frameworks, tools, worksheets, live session recordings, replays, prompts, posts, and other resources (collectively, “Content”)—are proprietary to Freedom Strategies LLC.
Copyright Protection: The Content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License; No Sharing: You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your own individual, non-commercial use while you remain a member in good standing. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, display, transmit, or share any Content outside the Community (including with non-members, on social media, or on public/private websites, drives, or forums) without the Company’s prior written permission.
Member Content: By posting in the Community, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Community environment in connection with operating and promoting the Community.
5. Third-Party Platform (Circle)
The Community is hosted on Circle.so. While accessing the Community, you are also subject to Circle’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Company is not responsible for technical outages, data breaches, or platform changes initiated by Circle.
6. Liability (Limitation of Liability for Member Decisions)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Strategies LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the Community or your reliance on any information provided.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your financial decisions and actions, including any investments, purchases, sales, business activities, or other financial choices you make. The Company is not responsible or liable for any losses or damages (including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or other economic losses) resulting from decisions you make based on Community Content, discussions, or interactions with other members.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in North Carolina.
8. Amendments
Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via the Community platform or email. Continued participation in the Community after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
